We work hard to ensure Multiple Accounts supports every possible app, but each app's developer sets their own policies regarding the use of more than one account per device.

Using Multiple Accounts to clone an app does not hide your device id, IMEI, MAC address, IP address, or any other device identifier. We do not guarantee that using a cloned version of any app will allow you to access accounts that have been banned, and we are not able to assist if you are banned or suspended.

If your account in a cloned app has been suspended and you believe it's due to using a cloned app, you will need to reach out to them directly for help; you may still be able to get the account back by contacting that app's support team and explaining the situation.
